All About Me
Dia Davis is a fintech and product executive dedicated to advancing economic empowerment by building scalable systems that expand access to capital, strengthen businesses, and support thriving communities. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of financial technology, commerce, and partnerships, she has led initiatives that translate complex financial infrastructure into accessible, real-world solutions that drive both economic growth and inclusion.

Throughout her career, Dia has focused on enabling participation in the financial system for businesses and consumers alike. She has led product and partnership strategies across global payment ecosystems, supporting over one million merchants and influencing more than $600 million in annual transaction volume. Her work spans digital payments, eCommerce, and compliance-driven financial platforms, where she has consistently delivered solutions that reduce friction, increase adoption, and create pathways for sustainable business growth.

Dia’s leadership is rooted in building bridges between sectors, connecting financial institutions, technology platforms, and enterprise partners to unlock new opportunities. Most recently, she has supported The Home Depot’s retail media network, Orange Apron Media, where she leads financial services and non-endemic partnerships. In this role, she manages multimillion-dollar fintech partnerships, including a $13M+ collaboration with Klarna, integrating financial solutions into the customer journey to improve access, affordability, and engagement. Her work demonstrates how financial innovation can be embedded into everyday experiences to better serve both businesses and consumers.

In parallel, Dia serves as the Chief Operating Officer of DelivHer FemCare, a venture-backed women’s health company committed to reimagining menstrual care through accessible, innovative solutions. As COO, she has played a key role in operational strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution, helping to scale a mission-driven organization that addresses critical gaps in health equity and access. Her leadership reflects a broader commitment to building organizations that serve overlooked and underserved populations.

Dia is recognized for her ability to lead across complex, cross-functional environments, aligning product, engineering, compliance, partnerships, and operations to deliver measurable impact. She brings both strategic vision and operational discipline, with a proven ability to design systems, build partnerships, and execute initiatives that scale.

She is currently completing her MBA in Financial Technology and Analytics at Wake Forest University, where she is further strengthening her expertise in financial systems, data-driven strategy, and innovation.

At her core, Dia believes that economic empowerment is about more than access, it is about creating systems that enable individuals, entrepreneurs, and communities to build wealth, sustain growth, and participate fully in the economy. She is passionate about advancing initiatives that expand access to capital, support small businesses, and foster inclusive economic development.
